These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, bookings and services provided by Evie Pappas, trading as Sculptdbyeve. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Deposits
A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Your booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
A valid card must be kept securely on file for all bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the 30% booking fee.
Clients who cancel within 12 hours of their appointment or fail to attend will be charged 100% of the booked service to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled if there is insufficient time to complete the service.
Full appointment fees may still apply.
Children & Additional Guests
To ensure a relaxing and professional environment, only the client receiving the treatment may attend the appointment.
Children and additional guests are not permitted unless prior approval has been given.
Results
Results vary between clients due to factors including natural hair, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
While every effort is made to achieve your desired outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or previous reactions before their appointment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and results.
Refunds
Due to the nature of professional beauty services, refunds are not provided for completed treatments.
If you have any concerns, please contact Sculptdbyeve within 48 hours so we can assess the treatment and provide an appropriate solution where possible.
Other Information
A valid card is required for all bookings. By booking an appointment, you authorise Sculptdbyeve to charge any applicable cancellation, no-show or outstanding fees in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Sculptdbyeve reserves the right to refuse service where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate or where these Terms & Conditions have not been complied with.
A card payment surcharge may apply to card transactions and will be disclosed at the time of payment.
